Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a scientific field
  • Several years of relevant experience as a commercial role within medical industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Ability to travel – 80%, overnight, within territory in Poland and occasionally to other European countries or beyond
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve revenue targets within your designated sales territory and accounts
  • Promote the LBS Advanced Staining (IHC) product and service portfolio through customer visits, relationship building, and teamwork
  • Develop account-based sales plans and strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers and the broader team, based on a deep understanding of customer short- and long-term needs
  • Identify and generate new opportunities aligned with LBS strategic goals through research and targeting
  • Uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that address their challenges
  • Lead tender projects within your territory, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations of instruments and systems as needed
  • Manage quotations and sales proposals to drive successful deal closures
  • Provide insights on market share, competitor activities, trends, and developments within your region
  • Represent Leica Biosystems at exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events to support brand visibility and product awareness
  • Utilize strategic selling and customer management tools to optimize engagement and performance
