Requirements

  • 3+ years of operational experience with Amazon platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), preferably in a media agency
  • English & Spanish speaker (MUST)
  • Strong understanding of performance and digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing multiple performance campaigns and optimizing results
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in team and independently
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and experience in data-led environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Amazon Ads Certifications (plus)
  • Deep understanding of website tracking and pixel implementation for performance measurement

Responsibilities

  • Develop media strategies, optimize account performance, and collaborate with advertisers to enhance brand visibility and drive successful campaigns
  • Effectively communicate with clients, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Amazon platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to optimize performance and achieve goals
  • Drive campaign optimization for performance growth, retain and grow ad spend, up-sell
  • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Perform strategic analytics and data interpretation for actionable insights, understanding of client's ACOS/ROAS
  • Analyze regular performance reports and advanced BI reports to improve campaign results, explore key metrics, insights, and recommendations
  • Evaluate and optimize scheduled rules within tools to enhance account performance
  • Implement rule-based automation to streamline campaign management
  • Find solutions to blockers and explore new approaches for better ad campaign optimization
