Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, such as sales development, account development, or account executive. An ownership mindset, data-driven prospecting approach, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong organizational and time management abilities, self-motivation, a results orientation, and a collaborative mindset are also required. Familiarity with sales tools like Pocus, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is necessary, with knowledge of visual collaboration software and comfort using AI tools being a plus.
The Account Executive will prospect for land opportunities within the existing product-led growth customer base and new logos. Responsibilities include initiating contact with prospects through various channels, understanding prospect needs to offer tailored solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor. The role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and prioritizing actions to meet sales quotas. The Account Executive will also maintain accurate prospect and client information in the system of record.
