Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) sales or solution consulting, though this is not essential. A strong understanding of solution-selling and value-selling methodologies is required, along with familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales qualification framework. Experience with close plans, joint engagement plans with customers, and proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo are also necessary. The ability to travel as needed is a requirement.
