Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Growth & Quota Attainment – Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by building and managing a robust pipeline across current and upcoming quarters
  • Enterprise Expansion – Attract, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing enterprise customers across LATAM
  • High-Impact Proposals – Develop compelling proposals and business cases for C-level stakeholders that clearly articulate value and ROI
  • Negotiation & Closing – Lead commercial negotiations, close large complex deals, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction through proactive account management
  • Sales Operations Excellence – Maintain accurate Salesforce records, sales funnel updates, and meeting notes to ensure predictability and transparency
  • Customer Success Partnership – Provide professional after-sales support, ensuring customers realize value and remain engaged
