Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision makers
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Policy teams
Ability to maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasting, and exceed revenue targets

Responsibilities

Lead new business efforts across central, regional, and local government organisations in Western Europe
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to RFP response, negotiation, and close
Develop and submit compelling tender and procurement proposals that meet complex technical and regulatory requirements
Partner closely with legal, product, and compliance teams to navigate procurement, security, and data governance standards
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision makers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Policy to tailor ElevenLabs’ solutions to public sector use cases
Maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasting, and exceed revenue targets
Represent ElevenLabs at key public sector events and conferences
