Account Executive - Xplor Pay Field Integrated Solutions

Position Overview

Join our Xplor Pay Field Integrated Solutions Team as an Account Executive (AE) to make a real impact every day. You will serve as the front lines of our organizational growth, driving business through follow-up and engaging with potential prospects, building relationships, and closing product sales. This role focuses on all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and full discovery to performing virtual demonstrations of various software products. The position requires outbound prospecting while managing inbound opportunities and collaborating with other AEs selling in specific vertical markets. You will contact potential customer leads, gather data, and offer solutions through consultative sales methods to prepare them for signing up with our solutions and processing.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored virtual demonstrations to prospects based on their specific needs and priorities.
  • Think strategically and customize sales approach, leveraging existing assets and mapping to customer challenges.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and value propositions.
  • Generate new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiating, and closing.
  • Identify and validate sales opportunities and drive post-demo engagement to close business.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Managers, Sales Success, and Marketing to support mutual efforts.
  • Develop warm and cold leads to start new conversations with prospects and schedule discovery calls to assess fit.
  • Build relationships with new people through phone, email, professional networking, and social media.
  • Think creatively and systematically to identify possible improvements with our cold calling and sales approach, presenting new ideas for process and outcome improvement.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge, staying current on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet monthly booking number goals as assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Salary: $50,000 USD (base salary)
  • Commission: This role is eligible for a commission plan.
  • Location: 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Reporting To: Director, Field Integrated Solutions (FIP)
