Requirements

  • PC hardware and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office proficiency, Windows operating systems, and light networking
  • Expertise in AVRS's integration products (e.g., Dealer Management System extract data-mapping, AVRS Journal Express accounting Interface installation/configuration/operation, initial installation/configuration of AVRS integration products on Dealer Management System screens) is a plus
  • 1-3 years of Industry/Dealership knowledge highly desirable
  • Demonstrate salesmanship and the ability to influence and overcome objections while increasing client confidence
  • Be well organized and ensure all AVRS/CDK accounts and internet-logons are maintained daily

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and install AVRS products into new and existing clients in the Ventura/Kern Market
  • Conduct successful pre-install meetings, schedule and perform installs independently and in a timely manner with complete client satisfaction
  • Provide initial user training and retraining as requested by clients
  • Provide ongoing customer support by visiting clients regularly (as defined by management)
  • Interface directly with the State DMV
  • Analyze client volume, seek untapped AVRS revenue opportunities, present AVRS value to key stakeholders, and overcome objections to increase volume
  • Maintain frequent communication with Territory Manager (Sales) to maximize utilization based on client needs
  • Initiate, foster, and grow relationships with key client representatives through proactive contact
  • Act on revenue-generating opportunities with urgency, implementing best practices
  • Display professional, enthusiastic, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and management
  • Complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner as required by the Regional Director of Operations
  • Prepare for, participate in, or lead internal and customer-facing meetings and training sessions (e.g., with General Managers, Dealer Principals, executives, or State agencies)
  • Maintain and grow industry network of key contacts to mine competitive accounts for handoff to Sales team
  • Integrate work and communications with AVRS Territory Managers to seize opportunities and enhance AVRS revenue
  • Articulate CDK/AVRS value and opportunities clearly and tactfully to existing and potential customers
