Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, leveraging cross-departmental expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to contribute to new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce (SFDC) data, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent further issues by improving processes.
  • Act as a client advocate, focusing on improving the buyer experience.
  • Build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Located in EMEA.
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years selling into the MENA market.
  • Proven track record of developing greenfield territories and expanding business.
  • Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.
