Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, specifically within the SaaS industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is highly preferred.
The Account Executive, Expansion, SMB, will be responsible for identifying and generating revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing SMB accounts, proactively managing a book of accounts, consulting clients on their internal processes to drive change and expand Deel’s product offerings, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and continued business growth.
