Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as sales development, account development, or account executive. An ownership mindset, data-driven approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset are required. Familiarity with Pocus, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is expected, and knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies is a plus. Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will prospect for land opportunities within the existing product-led growth customer base and new logos. They will initiate contact with prospects through various channels, understand prospect needs, tailor offerings, and act as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with decision-makers, maintaining regular communication, managing the sales pipeline, and tracking progress to hit quota.
