Job Description

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive in Cocoa, FL, and make a tangible impact daily. Every conversation, code line, and interface design is an opportunity to enhance our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborate with Xplor Pay colleagues across Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.

Location: This position is fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to your team region as needed.
