Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims across various case types, from motor vehicle accidents to child abuse. Our innovative products empower law firms to achieve faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for those in need.

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive for the upstate NY area to execute and refine our sales playbook, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate is proactive, unafraid to take initiative, and committed to owning their pipeline and results. EvenUp is invested in the continuous development and enablement of its sales team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including outbound prospecting.
• Conduct 30 cold calls daily with the objective of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
• Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
• Travel to events and conferences to engage with key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
• Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Team player with a competitive spirit.
• Commitment to data hygiene and effective use of available tools and resources.
