Responsibilities

Support the Account Lead in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a consistently high standard
Handle general account servicing and team administration, including WIP meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting
Participate actively in client meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business and industry landscape to inform recommendations and communication strategies
Contribute to the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns that align with client strategies and business objectives
Plan and develop long-form and short-form content for press, social, internal communications platforms etc
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners relevant to clients’ industries
Develop and pitch story ideas, press releases, and content to drive earned media coverage
Track and analyse media and social coverage and support with compiling media monitoring reports
Work with cross-functional teams in the agency to deliver integrated campaigns
Work closely alongside senior team members with the goal of ensuring internal and client deadlines are punctually met
Participate in new business pitches, including research, competitive audits, idea generation, and proposal development
