Account Executive - Outside Sales

Position Overview

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive in Birmingham, AL, to make a real impact every day. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services, and contributing to our mission of helping people succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

  • Must have eligible working rights and be able to be in the field of your team region.
