Candidates must possess excellent C1 or C2 level German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, and have at least three years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role. They should be a fast learner, adaptable to new technologies and products, assertive, charming, approachable, and able to explain complex topics simply, while also being self-motivated, prompt, and punctual.
The Account Executive will directly interact with potential customers globally, selling Productive’s agency management tool, building and maintaining customer relationships, onboarding new customers, contributing to product development through feedback, responding to inbound leads via email and video calls, meeting with customers from around the world, understanding customer needs, guiding prospects through the buying journey, and utilizing tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Intercom.
