Position Overview

Transifex, a leading agile localization and translation management platform powered by AI, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand its presence in the EU market and drive revenue growth. As a key contributor to customer success, you will work with prominent clients like Hubspot, Vodafone, Eventbrite, Waze, and Datadog. Recently acquired by XTM, Transifex offers enhanced enterprise-scale capabilities and a robust product roadmap. We value teamwork, continuous growth, customer advocacy, ownership, and authenticity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to target new clients in the EU market.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries (technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing) that can benefit from Transifex solutions.
  • Build a robust regional sales pipeline through market research and identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients.
  • Identify client needs and position Transifex as the ideal solution to drive business outcomes through our SaaS platform.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption.
  • Participate in regional industry events, conferences, and webinars to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Leverage networking and relationships to generate referrals and drive brand awareness within the region.
  • Meet and exceed assigned regional sales quotas, tracking progress and adjusting tactics as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the localization and/or translation industry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing medium- to enterprise-level sales.
  • Experience building solid, trusted, and long-term client relationships.
  • Experience managing regional sales pipelines and successfully achieving sales quotas.
  • Skills:
