Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales (prospecting/cold calling experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking (prospecting & lead generation)
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress using CRM system
  • Understand client needs and present tailored BambooHR solutions to solve their challenges
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process (collaboration)
  • Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to close
  • Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance (continuous learning)
  • Build relationships with potential clients and manage the sales process, focusing on Canada and Latin America
  • Generate leads, identify client needs, and contribute to closing deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
