Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for technology sales, and a strong understanding of the tourism or destination marketing industry. Proven experience in consultative selling and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the tourism segment by identifying, educating, and engaging prospective clients, including destination marketing/management organizations, chambers of commerce, and other travel-related organizations. This includes developing and executing sales plans, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and fostering market expansion through collaboration with marketing and business development teams.
