Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for more than 3 years. Native-level proficiency in Japanese is required, along with experience in designing and executing complex deal strategies, supporting fast-growing companies, and working directly with C-level executives. Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to both customers and internal stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

The Account Director will manage approximately a dozen key accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans. They will lead enterprise prospects from consideration to successful deployment and partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs. The role includes owning a consumption revenue target, managing revenue forecasts, analyzing account metrics to provide insights, and closely monitoring the industry landscape. Additionally, they will collaborate with various departments, support recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to the development of company culture.
