Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Public Relations, ideally in an agency setting, with a proven track record managing high-profile accounts
  • Strategic mindset with strong experience in media relations, influencer marketing programs, and event-led activations, from planning to execution and monitor oversight
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring teams, managing workloads, and fostering collaboration and growth
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong financial acumen, including budgeting, prioritization, and effective project management
  • A highly data-oriented individual with skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of confidently interpreting and deriving actionable insights from data sets and reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s considered a plus)
  • Proven experience in working with AI tools and Influencer Marketing platforms is required
  • Experience in Beauty & Fashion industry will be considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner and ensuring high-impact communication strategies and earned-first storytelling
  • Oversee PR content development, media relations, influencer activations, and event-based programming, ensuring alignment with objectives and brand direction
  • Guide reporting, KPI measurement, and analytics to monitor performance and optimize campaigns
  • Manage account operations including budgeting, forecasting, prioritization of resources, and account profitability
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, growth and excellence, while driving integration across Ogilvy disciplines
