Passion for culturally relevant social and influencer strategies with expertise in paid and earned engagement
Expertise in cross-functional project management, tactical planning, budget management, and influencer oversight

Adept at post-procurement influencer facilitation, handling challenging client conversations, and navigating influencers across segments and channels

Ability to work autonomously, navigate collaborative dynamics, and 'manage up' effectively

Responsibilities

Own and lead flawless execution of client scope(s), collaborating with Client Service leader (VP Client Services and/or Director, Client Services) to identify strategic business growth opportunities
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client scopes, prioritizing exceptional client service and five-star experiences
Lead development and implementation of strategic direction for a diverse portfolio of social and influencer campaigns, from individual activations to long-term initiatives, aligning with client objectives and agency vision
Know components for flawless executional delivery and push for exceptionally creative and unique work across global clientele in collaboration with COE teams
Spearhead influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement
Drive creative ideation, manage briefs, cultivate and nurture client relationships, present concepts effectively, develop compelling presentations, and offer clear performance insights
