Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales development experience, software technology preferred
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach to collaboration with demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections with all levels of management and technical professionals
  • Expertise in developing value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification
  • Proficiency with marketing & sales technologies, such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Able to work autonomously while aligning with team objectives
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptive to rapidly changing environments
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, and other business units
  • Ability to speak and write in English as well as Japanese

Responsibilities

  • Own account-based prospecting activities in assigned region and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decision makers that lead to meaningful pipeline and revenue
  • Generate prospecting campaigns to canvass and map target accounts, identify business stakeholders, and uncover existing segmentation related needs/projects
  • Manage inbound leads qualification and channel engagement to support growth in designated territory coverage
  • Provide proactive sales development coverage via phone, email, and social selling tactics
