Responsibilities

Follow a hands-on, AI-enabled learning journey from foundational skills to real-life client simulations, industry-specific learning, and multidisciplinary project delivery
Participate in 7 weeks of intensive, instructor-led learning (Zurich based) to develop technical, analytical, and consulting capabilities
Engage in a collaborative Offsite Experience to broaden perspective and strengthen network
Apply knowledge to real-client Project Phase challenges
Navigate the full spectrum of Accenture services — from Strategy to Technology to Human Innovation
Take ownership of growth while sharpening consulting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Master AI-driven tools and mindsets to turn data and AI into meaningful business outcomes
Tackle real case simulations, collaborate with experts, and build the mindset of a high-performing consultant
