  • Excellent sales skills and good track record of successful sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tactical account plans to define objectives and account strategies
  • Meet or exceed business sales target on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Proactively explore markets, develop potential customers, identify sales opportunities to expand market coverage and deepen penetration
  • Master technical knowledge of life science reagent products and their workflows, including features, competitive advantages, and their applications in fields etc
  • Collect and track market demand and trends and competition, capture market intelligence, and support data-driven market strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery
  • Participate promotional campaigns through attending in industry trade shows, academic conferences, and technical seminars to enhance product visibility
  • Coach and lead the team to achieve sales target
