Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operatives Monitoring der Workflow-Ziele
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Customer Centricity Teams
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen operativen Abteilungen für reibungslose Logistikprozesse und zeitgerechte Bestellbearbeitung
  • Erreichung operativer Tagesziele und Verbesserung von Prozessen zusammen mit dem Team
  • Interpretation vorgegebener Kennzahlen und Ableitung folgerichtiger Maßnahmen für die Workflowsteuerung
  • Einsatz analytischer Fähigkeiten zur Vermeidung operativer Verluste, Effizienzsteigerung und Einhaltung des Lieferversprechens (SLA)
  • Steuerung des internen Mitarbeitereinsatzes zwischen Abteilungen für zielgerichteten und effizienten Personalressourcenschutz
  • Überwachung und Förderung der Umsetzung von Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzstandards durch eigenes Vorleben
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen und Begleitung von Prozessänderungen für stetige Prozessverbesserung
