Bachelor’s Degree
Business level English and native level Japanese proficiency (both written and verbal)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facility management, building operations or related fields
Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and great team player, with the ability to communicate effectively with impact across functions

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations through vendor management for owned and leased office facilities
Develop and execute annual facility and infrastructure maintenance / improvement plans
Select, supervise and evaluate external vendors and contractors
Monitor and optimize building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency
Manage facility budget and forecast, including cost tracking and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and building regulations
Collaborate with global and local facility management teams to align with corporate standards
Prepare and deliver facility-related reports and communications in English
