Requirements

  • Equivalent to bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies for consumers to enhance brand equity and drive market competitiveness, including NPD and project milestone management
  • Lead implementation of aligned brand strategies and plans for consumers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine brand positioning when necessary
  • Plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns in line with strategy
  • Collaborate with HCP marketing, regional marketing, medical, Public Affairs, CE, product development, advertising, and sales for brand consistency and growth
  • Collaborate with HCP and regional marketing teams for brand alignment in product development
  • Own brand communication on digital and social media to enhance awareness and consumer experience
  • Follow KPIs and analyze performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on brand-related activities
  • Create consumer journey based on insights and feed into value chain/eco-system with business development manager
  • Develop robust KPIs to measure/report content/message effectiveness in driving sales
  • Manage all brand management for BtC, Glucerna®, and Abound®
  • Develop annual planning based on 5-year Strat Plan
  • Lead cross-functional/intercompany projects as required
  • Manage product life cycle, meeting regulations with HCP marketing
  • Develop promotional materials with HCP marketing and medical
  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing-owned influencers and agencies
  • Communicate with international/external stakeholders to leverage Abbott’s global presence
