Requirements

  • Staff Level:
  • 3+ years of experience in EC, sales, or business development
  • Manager Level and Above:
  • Team management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth commitments
  • Plus one of the following experiences:
  • Experience in one of the following industries: telecommunications, hi-tech, media/entertainment, manufacturing, retail/distribution, consumer goods, healthcare, automotive, travel, financial, materials/energy, government
  • Understanding and experience in marketing
  • Understanding and experience in corporate planning, business planning, sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Consulting experience (corporate strategy, business reform, EC-related)
  • Desirable:
  • Practical experience using English (business-level English proficiency, TOEIC 750+, overseas assignment experience, etc.)
  • Expected Human Skills:
  • Communication skills to engage and drive clients and internal teams
  • Diligence and research-oriented mindset to generate ideas for continuous sales growth beyond existing frameworks or industry conventions

Responsibilities

  • Redefine value and experiences provided by companies to customers (consumers, corporate clients)
  • Formulate and support implementation of strategies for customer touchpoints (including EC) and corporate transformation to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Accenture's diverse talents to propose dynamic solutions for shortest-path global sales expansion and cost efficiency
  • Design and realize overall architecture tailored to client environments
  • Demonstrate deep expertise and ownership in clients and industries to drive customer-centric corporate transformation
  • Pursue project management and case leadership roles with comprehensive perspectives for client business growth, while specializing individually
