本科及以上学历，7年及以上游戏客户端研发经验，5年以上 Unreal 或 Unity 引擎开发经验，具备扎实的专业基础。
完整参与过至少 2 款游戏项目研发到上线流程，有开放大世界研发经验优先，了解游戏研发的全流程。
熟悉主流游戏引擎架构，熟悉渲染管线及线程模型，熟悉 Vulkan、Metal、OpenGL 图形图像渲染，精通 C++，熟练使用 Lua，了解 Lua 虚拟机原理，具备较强的技术能力。
良好的沟通协作能力，性格积极乐观，能够与团队成员有效沟通，共同解决问题。
有游戏技术评审经验优先，英文顺畅沟通优先。

Responsibilities

负责腾讯海外 Studio 游戏客户端性能优化、游戏工具开发或美术管线定制，确保游戏客户端的稳定性和流畅性。
对游戏引擎前沿技术保持跟进，负责游戏客户端方案的技术评审和指导，并能提供优化方案，推动技术创新。
