Responsibilities

Διαχείριση (έλεγχος, ογκομέτρηση, ζύγισμα, προώθηση και αποθήκευση) αποστολών παρακολουθώντας όλες τις απαραίτητες διαδικασίες, σύμφωνα με την εταιρική πολιτική
Διασφάλιση της σωστής φόρτωσης και εκφόρτωσης των εμπορευμάτων καθώς και της αποθήκευσής τους
Έλεγχος του χώρου εργασίας διασφαλίζοντας όλα τα εμπορεύματα που διακινούνται
Παρακολούθηση της εισαγωγής, αποθήκευσης και παράδοσης των αποστολών από/προς πελάτες, εκδίδοντας όλα τα απαραίτητα παραστατικά (χειρόγραφα ή μηχανογραφημένα)
Διατήρηση επικοινωνίας με τα υπόλοιπα υποκαταστήματα, τμήματα, κέντρα πληροφοριών και αντιπροσώπους για τη διασφάλιση ποιοτικής διαχείρισης αποστολών και άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
