  • Operation and management of repair reception call center for extended warranty program (external call center vendor), including KPI management and improvement, response quality management and improvement
  • Handling escalations from repair reception call center, including secondary response to end-user inquiries regarding the system in general
  • Building repair reception call center for new operations (call center vendor selection, evaluation, application, tool creation such as manuals, talk scripts, FAQs, etc.)
  • Building and operation of web reception system (Touchpoint building and operation, selection of other system tools, etc.)
  • Client-specific escalation response (including secondary response to end-user inquiries regarding the system in general)
  • Collaboration with internal (related departments) and external (call center, clients) parties
