Requirements

Mehrjährige fachspezifische (Führungs-)Erfahrung in der Logistik und im Bereich Supply Chain Management sowie in der Kommissionierung und im Verpacken von Waren
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationstools

Responsibilities

Unterstützung der Teamleitung Kommissionierung/Verpackung bei der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
Vertretung der Teamleitung bei der Überwachung der Warehouse-Prozesse sowie steuerndes Eingreifen bei Bedarf in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung
Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei der Prüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit der Anlagen (insbesondere Lieferscheindrucker und Etikettierer)
Erkennung von Störungen an den Anlagen und Meldung des Defekts an IT und/oder Engineering
Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und bei Projekten sowie bei der Beurteilung von Mitarbeitenden (z.B. Probezeit oder Entfristung) und Begleitung von Probearbeitstagen
Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung von Team-Meetings und Info-Runden sowie An- und Abmelden von Zeitarbeitspersonal in Vertretung der Teamleitung
Sicherstellung der aufgabengerechten Schulung und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitern und Zeitarbeitskräften
Mitarbeit bei der Kommissionierung von Kontaktlinsen bei Bedarf
