Requirements

Candidates should possess one or more years of experience in the installation of Cable TV, Satellite TV, or Alarm industries, demonstrating the ability to lift 65 lbs and work off the ground on ladders. They must also have excellent customer service skills, the ability to complete installations and repairs using power and hand tools, and the capability to terminate network cable and run cables through walls and ceilings. Furthermore, candidates should maintain a valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards, along with good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

The 5G Installation Technician is responsible for installing wireless broadband networking equipment in customers’ homes, achieving complete customer satisfaction through professional and timely service, accurately documenting service tickets and installations, performing complete installations and repairs using tools, following company policies and procedures, utilizing mobile apps, and completing miscellaneous duties as assigned. They will also work in indoor and outdoor settings, potentially requiring on-call work and long hours, while maintaining a high ethical standard and professional image.
