Candidates must have 5+ years of technical and quality leadership testing enterprise-level software and 5+ years of experience developing test plans and test strategies for enterprise-level software. Experience in Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Agile development methodologies, SQL, Data Migration, Data Quality, ETL, WCF and REST services, and web technologies is required. Strong attention to detail, root-cause analysis, analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work in a large, matrix environment is also necessary.
The Senior QA Analyst will analyze user stories, craft and execute test cases, and document defects. They will develop, execute, and troubleshoot automation test cases, enhancing the automation framework. Responsibilities include writing SQL queries for test data setup and validation, performing non-functional testing, and collaborating with automation team members on script development. The role involves coordinating end-to-end test execution with upstream and downstream domains, assisting the QA Lead with test case management, defect tracking, metrics, and status reporting, and coordinating on-shore and off-shore QA activities. The analyst will also contribute to QA process improvements, participate in daily scrum stand-ups and sprint retrospectives, and ensure traceability throughout the QA process.
