Requirements

Candidates should possess a scientific education, ideally a university degree or training as a Qualified Pharmaceutical Representative (Pharmareferent/in), and at least two years of professional experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative with in-depth knowledge of the diabetes and cardiology fields, including experience in practices and clinics. Strong sales skills, goal-oriented work ethic, high social competence, teamwork skills, and networking skills are also required, along with digital IT skills and e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

The Pharmareferent Cardiometabolic Health will conduct sales conversations with specialist groups in practices, clinics, and pharmacies, utilizing digital communication channels, implement sales and marketing strategies, develop and execute area action plans and contact planning, organize and conduct training events, both in-person and digitally, and contribute to the planning and execution of events and workshops.
