Responsibilities

  • Participate in development of sales strategies for 4S channel and principles for new customer development
  • Define key 4S customers
  • Manage process of new customer development
  • Develop new business models including billing and logistics
  • Set volume and mix targets
  • Plan co-brand cooperation
  • Lead development and deployment of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plans to achieve volume/margin/working capital targets
  • Develop dashboard for 4S sales performance and lead quarterly reviews of sales plan effectiveness
  • Lead cooperation with 4S customers to help them win in their market, increasing value and business share
  • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team for the 4S team
