Requirements
- Strategic Planning & Business Development Experience: Experience in a business company in strategic planning/business development or a consulting firm in problem-solving.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in driving business initiatives and managing projects.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze problems quantitatively and qualitatively using data and drive PDCA cycles with speed and execution.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Management: Experience managing organizations of 10 or more people.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for the financial business, particularly the PayPay Credit business (PayPay Credit).
- Business Growth & Project Management: Drive business growth and manage projects based on strategic plans.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct numerical analysis and generate reports.
- Team Management: Manage the team.
Desired Experience/Skills
- Interest in New Technologies & Technologies: Strong interest in new technologies and emerging technologies.
- New Business Development Experience: Experience launching new businesses.
- Business Transformation/Restructuring Experience: Experience in restructuring or transforming businesses.

- Business English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 800 or higher.

PayPay is a fintech company with approximately 35 members in the Financial Promotion Division. It is one of the three pillars of PayPay’s business, focusing on credit card operations in collaboration with PayPay Card Co., Ltd. The mission is to provide users with the best UI/UX and achieve No. 1 in the domestic payment service market through a hybrid service combining payment and credit card payments.

- Work Hours: Super Flexible (No Core Hours) – Generally 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes working time + break time)
- Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays, New Year’s holidays, and company-designated holidays.
- Paid Time Off: Annual paid leave (14 days initially, prorated upon entry), Personal Leave (5 days per year)
