Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations with domestic 3PL providers onsite in Chicago, ensuring timely and accurate order processing across all sales channels
  • Track, analyze, and enforce SLAs for order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery performance
  • Optimize outbound operations—including picking, packing, carrier selection, and shipping speed—to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth freight flow, minimize delays, and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Partner with internal inventory teams to manage stock levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure accurate transfers between facilities
  • Identify and resolve fulfillment issues such as delayed shipments, mispicks, or damaged goods, escalating to partners or carriers as needed
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment speed, quality, and cost efficiency
