Requirements

Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed with occasional Sundays
Willing and able to perform physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, squatting, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching (frequently high and low levels)
Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands repetitively
Must be able to push/pull/lift 40 lbs. or more if required
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours on hard floors
Must be able to work in a cold, damp or hot and humid environment that may have slippery walking surfaces

Responsibilities

Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
Perform all positions of rotation, if applicable
Handle raw or smoked bacon
