Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience from investment banking, private equity or private credit as of Summer 2027
  • Experience in analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence
  • Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close
  • Conduct financial analysis
  • Execute transactions (including meeting and interacting with management teams as part of the due diligence process)
  • Perform industry research and competitive analysis
  • Handle legal documentation
  • Draft memoranda for internal and external use
  • Work on numerous projects at a time in various private investment opportunities
  • Share significant responsibility due to lean staffing and high deal flow
