Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant work experience from investment banking, private equity or private credit as of Summer 2027
Experience in analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence
Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills
Strong organizational and process management skills
Strong communication skills; effective and demonstrable writing skills
A desire to work in a team environment
Ability to think and work independently
Highly motivated, intelligent and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of the investment process from initiation to close
Conduct financial analysis
Execute transactions (including meeting and interacting with management teams as part of the due diligence process)
Perform industry research and competitive analysis
Handle legal documentation
Draft memoranda for internal and external use
Work on numerous projects at a time in various private investment opportunities
Share significant responsibility due to lean staffing and high deal flow
