Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field with interest in health care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with healthcare professionals
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
  • Prior internship or work experience in healthcare, sales, or marketing preferred but not required
  • Preferred geographic location: TX, FL, or NY/NJ/PA
  • Willing to travel up to 50% each week
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, have access to and be able to operate a vehicle
  • Willing and available to travel to the Parsippany, NJ office 2 or 3 times during the 10-week program
  • Ability to complete the entire 10-week program (from May 26, 2026 to July 31, 2026) and commit to 37.5 hours per week
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; college transcript required (must mail official transcript by application deadline)
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. based college or university

Responsibilities

  • Sample Management: Review and process sample requests; Track sample usage and follow up with healthcare providers (HCPs) for feedback; Assist in cleaning up open AOCs to optimize field team interactions
  • Non-Targeted Account Outreach: Contact non-targeted GI practices to introduce a gastro product; Share digital resources and educational materials; Capture interest and route potential leads to the field team; Support outreach to white space accounts to generate new leads
  • Virtual Support for Targeted Accounts: Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings for the field team; Send follow-up materials post-engagement; Monitor engagement metrics and report insights
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze territory-level sales data to identify growth opportunities; Create dashboards or reports to track sample utilization and account activity; Support ad hoc analytics requests to inform targeting strategy
  • Special Projects: Miscellaneous projects based on your strengths and interests
