Requirements

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related degree from an accredited college or university
  • Must be graduating between June 2027-June 2028
  • Able to work full time, 40 hours per week
  • No need for GM immigration-related sponsorship (includes H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional and HQ Sales department members to effectively collect and examine current data
  • Identify key drivers of sales effectiveness including national, regional, and local market standard methodologies
  • Build standard effectiveness reporting with recommendations for near term actions
  • Support Sales Ops departments in current requirements and projects outcomes
  • Exercise decision-making skills sufficient to propose solutions to leadership and a plan for utilizing established procedures to create new solutions
  • Develop an understanding of established sales procedures/approaches sufficient to exercise independent judgment and professional decision-making regarding the appropriate course of action within the Sales organization
  • Apply a body of professional and theoretical knowledge with problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues within the Sales organization
  • Proactively seek customer feedback and develop detailed understanding of customers’ needs, issues, and priorities
  • Stay informed about customer preferences, trends, and pain points through data and insights
  • Approach setbacks with resilience and positive attitude—analyze what went wrong and identify what could be done differently; fearlessly present solutions to sales management
  • Proactively learn new skills and technologies to increase sales impact
