  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Work on PCBA and wire harness design for surgical robotics, following the design process including requirements, schematics, layout, build, test, and peer reviews
  • Gain experience working on a project in Systems Engineering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test electrical systems for new medical devices, involved in the entire product lifecycle from concept to production
  • Assist in the development and integration of robotic components and systems to enhance functionality and precision of medical devices
  • Conduct research and feasibility studies to explore innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
  • Participate in the prototyping and testing of electrical circuits and systems, working with senior engineers to refine designs and ensure reliability
  • Support the documentation of design processes, test results, and technical specifications for regulatory compliance and future reference
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression
