Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering / Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related Engineering disciplines; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

Responsibilities

Apply classroom knowledge and gain experience in a fast-paced industry setting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as Quality (e.g., risk management, design verification, supplier quality, process optimization), R&D (innovation and product improvement), Design & Development (research technologies, use CAD/FEA/LabView/simulations/software), Product Engineering (analysis, testing, design improvements), Test Lab (prototype evaluation, fixture development, testing), Manufacturing (fixture development, assembly optimization, lean implementation, ergonomics, process validation), or Software (design/develop/test software for embedded systems, automation, data analysis, UI improvements)
