Requirements

  • Must be graduating by Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related field, as description cuts off)
  • Available to start Summer 2026 for a 24-month program
  • Reside in Virginia (Lynchburg or Richmond in-office) or remote in Eastern/Central Standard Time states/locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and change-oriented environment through four six-month rotational assignments in IT disciplines (e.g., application development, IT infrastructure, security, automation, cloud engineering, data science, data engineering, project management)
  • Participate in on-the-job training, practical experience, and two IT Bootcamps
  • Focus assignments on core IT processes including Application Development, IT Infrastructure, Security, Automation, Programming Languages, Web Development, System Integration, Data Science, and/or Project Management
  • Build a strong network of peers and mentors
  • Attend on-site technical and professional development classes
  • Participate in sponsored community service events
