Reside in Virginia (Lynchburg or Richmond in-office) or remote in Eastern/Central Standard Time states/locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and change-oriented environment through four six-month rotational assignments in IT disciplines (e.g., application development, IT infrastructure, security, automation, cloud engineering, data science, data engineering, project management)
Participate in on-the-job training, practical experience, and two IT Bootcamps
Focus assignments on core IT processes including Application Development, IT Infrastructure, Security, Automation, Programming Languages, Web Development, System Integration, Data Science, and/or Project Management
Build a strong network of peers and mentors
Attend on-site technical and professional development classes
Participate in sponsored community service events
