Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (desired) or equivalent experience required, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
  • Solid understanding of SQL and R/Python
  • Understanding of statistical modeling/machine learning/data mining concepts, and a track record solving problems with these methods
  • Ability to apply statistical/machine learning techniques such as hypothesis testing, time series forecasting, linear and logistic regression, random forests, etc
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement evaluation frameworks to measure AI Assistant quality across Quality metrics
  • Build automated evaluation pipelines using LLM-as-a-judge systems and classical ML models
  • Analyze complex user interaction data to identify patterns in AI Assistant performance and failure modes
  • Extract and analyze user conversation data to understand customer journeys with AI assistants
