Requirements

2026 MS in Energy power system and automation, Mechatronics and related engineering majors (2024-2026届硕士，能动、机电等工程相关专业)
Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment, CET-6 preferred (良好的英语沟通能力，CET-6优先)
Familiar with office and other basic software (熟练使用微软Office系列软件及其他基础软件等)
Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, learning skills (积极主动，良好的沟通、团队、学习能力)

Responsibilities

Perform conventional, less complex engineering assignments while building working knowledge of Caterpillar 3500 series products, technologies, processes, services, and systems
Shift from learning and assisting to fully contributing to solving technical problems, growing analytical skills, process logic, and mastery of engineering concepts
Partner with global teams, provide and receive technical guidance, continually learn, and grow professional network
Get familiar with Caterpillar systems, learn processes and basic engineering knowledge, and train to contribute independently
Get involved in New Product Introduction (NPI), engine platform design, development, application, production maintenance, and process identification to build overall engine engineering overview
Deliver technical support and comments to team members for current product and process improvements to meet critical customer requirements including cost, velocity, and quality
Work with global teams, which may require internal and external travel
