Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results, seeking feedback, taking ownership of results, and actively working to exceed sales goals and grow contribution to store sales
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, listening attentively, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating product benefits, and seeking opportunities to make customers' day
  • Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and articulate them in the shop and through community engagement like hosting store parties to increase traffic
  • Expand product knowledge through ongoing learning on products, ingredients, and benefits to make informed recommendations
  • Utilize Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, seek feedback, and improve skills to support team growth and increase sales
  • Encourage open communication, actively listen to team perspectives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), foster belonging through teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing unique contributions
  • Be punctual, reliable, present at work, participate in teamwork, take breaks for wellbeing, and stay up-to-date with company news
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance customer experience and drive sales
  • Utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales to improve customer experience
  • Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health/safety
