Responsibilities

Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results, seeking feedback, taking ownership of results, and actively working to exceed sales goals and grow contribution to store sales
Deliver world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, listening attentively, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating product benefits, and making customers' day
Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging), articulating them in-shop and through community engagement like hosting store parties to increase traffic
Expand product knowledge through ongoing learning on products, ingredients, and benefits to make informed recommendations
Utilize Lush resources for personal development in sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, seek feedback, and support team growth to increase sales
Promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging through teamwork, collaboration, and valuing unique contributions
Maintain time and attendance by being punctual, reliable, participating in teamwork, taking breaks for wellbeing, and staying updated on company news
Maintain visuals and merchandising by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience and drive sales
Manage stock and inventory by using Visual Merchandising guidelines for real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales
Follow policies and procedures for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety
